BLCI staff, families, and volunteers work together to help students develop the skills, knowledge, and motivation to go to college.
Student Programs
Our interdisciplinary programs start in 3rd grade, so that we can work closely with each student and family through Elementary School, Middle School, and High School, as well as the college application process, high school graduation, and college enrollment.
The path to college starts at home – families play a central role in their children’s education. At BLCI, parents receive the information, training, and resources to become active participants in their children’s journey to college, their own educations, and in the future of their community.
BLCI “Road to College” Mentor program provides a crucial support network for students and volunteers. Mentors share their time, friendship, and guidance while inspiring students to reach for their dreams.
