BLCI’s got a new look! We'll soon have a more practical layout for programming, thanks to the support of three generous donors: San Diego Job Corps is providing all the labor as an in-kind contribution, while the County of San Diego (Supervisor Greg Cox) and The Art Pratt Foundation of Old Mission Rotary provided funding for our renovation.
